Simple visual connecting a menopause term with meaning, symptoms and further reading. Marine Collagen

Marine collagen is collagen sourced from fish, usually deep-sea fish skin and bones. Advantages: halal status is usually easier to verify because fish do not need Syariah slaughter (still check the exact product label), small molecular size for high absorption, and it is rich in Type I (for skin). More expensive than bovine, but it is often the preferred choice for Malaysian Muslim women. Dose: 10-20g daily.
